Both the Friends of WPO and the orchestra benefit from this scheme.
‘Friends’ benefits include:
- A ticket at a discounted rate for three consecutive concerts at Pershore Abbey. You can join at any time of the year and your ticket will include the next three concerts at the Abbey. Please note that this is not applicable to concerts at Number 8 Pershore.
- A reserved seat in Pershore Abbey. Otherwise seating is unreserved.
- Enabling a wider repertoire by giving the Orchestra support to present more resource intensive programmes.
- Knowing that you are supporting music in the area.
The Orchestra benefits because we can include popular but more resource intensive pieces. We can plan with much more confidence if we have a substantial core of pre-sold tickets.
